Sana was really friendly and talked me through menu and allergens. Sana was attentive and eager to ensure the visit is memorable. A fantastic tea room with a cozy atmosphere and wonderful service. The pink chai is absolutely delicious, and the fries were perfectly crispy. I visit this branch on Saturday mornings, and unfortunately, my experience has not been pleasant. The staff member, Semera, serving is consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. They don't seem happy, and when I make enquiries about the menu, they don't provide any useful information. I feel the lack of assistance affects both the customers and the Chaiwala brand. It's a shame really because it's a good brand and service, for example, at Uxbridge and other branches is excellent! I hope they take this feedback on board and work to improve their service.

A pretty good place to have chai. Would recommend Karak Chai here, although the Pink Chai is also a good variety.Some new desserts have been introduced recently, including the Pistachio Icecream. Thanks to Akash, the person who served us for letting us know about these new delicacies.
